Biswajit Mukherjee is a transformative education leader and the Founder of ICA Nepal. Since 1997, he has been at the forefront of high-end technical training and Open and Distance Learning (ODL), guiding ICA to receive the “Best Overseas Partner Institution” award from IGNOU on three occasions.
In 2025, he expanded his impact by launching a cross-border EdTech venture across India and Nepal, strengthening innovation in digital education. He is also a recognized speaker at global forums such as the World Education Summit and actively contributes to academic excellence and humanitarian initiatives through Convergence Nepal and Rotary International.
